Culture Matters, Board Governance

This morning I attended an ICD Maritime Chapter Meeting on corporate culture. It was inspiring to see such a diverse and knowledgeable panel discuss the critical role culture plays in an organization’s success.

The panelists shared valuable insights on how a strong and positive culture can drive performance, engage employees, and contribute to an organization’s overall growth. They also highlighted the importance of board governance in shaping and nurturing a healthy corporate culture.
